We partner with the families of our residents in the process of caring for our seniors.
Caring for our residents is a combined team effort to provide the best. The team comprises of ourselves, our team of staff and most importantly the family of the resident. Those families who do not live locally, we keep them in the loop.
Safal Suryavanshi, a kinesiology graduate from U of S, manages and looks after the day to day operations. Us, both the owners, being practicing physicians understand care better than many. The social responsibility that we undertake is the guide to our friendlier services that we cater. Our commitment is our obligation towards providing excellent care to our clients.
One style does not fit all. To deal with the diversity of personalities and needs, we do not use a cookie cutter model for delivering care. At Warm 'n' Cozy, we treat every resident as a person by themselves. The attention revolves around the care receiver, and we tailor services according to the individual's need. This process of weaving the care network makes all the difference. The residents and their families may come up with ideas, and we will try our best to accommodate.
All the four of our care homes, the one at 502 Paton Crescent and the three on Atton Crescent are custom built to accommodate 15 residents each. Our care homes are capable of handling all the daily needs of the residents. Our 24/7 awake team members continuously look after the residents. We dispense the drug to our residents.
The pharmacy supplies the medicines in bubble packs. Most of the seniors are on multiple medications.
Our staff is trained to help our residents by delivering the medicines as instructed by the physician.
We take good care of personal needs, all the meals and snacks. We also do cleaning and tidying up, exercises, entertainment, walking, physical and mental activities, music & dance, spiritual activities and talks, reading (we have an in-house library), group discussions, and much more.
